Turner, Lead Cinematographer

Born and raised in Michigan. A few of my hobbies include wrenching on cars, road-biking, skateboarding, snowboarding, backpacking, and I am actually a Software Engineer by trade. I started filming videos and shooting pictures almost a decade ago back in grade school while skateboarding and snowboarding with my friends. I have experience shooting everything from weddings and senior portraits to punk-rock concerts and abstract photo projects. Capturing big moments has always been an innate passion of mine, and I am super stoked to be shooting for Live Authentically.

                Cheers, mate!

I am so excited to be filming for Live Authentically and cannot wait to help share your story!

Jack, Lead Photographer

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, and the proud owner of a cat. I started taking pictures at the end of my high school career shortly after that, I realized it's what I need to do. After that I studied Fine Arts at GRCC with a focus on Photography. From there I have shot events anywhere from weddings to concerts to real estate. If I am not behind the camera, you can find me on a bile. Last year, I pedaled across two countries: New Zealand and the United States, with my camera of course.

With that beings said, Let's make dreams come true!

Quinn, Lead Cinematographer

Without thinking much about it, I bought my first camera and hit the ground running by becoming a student of the science behind capturing pictures, videos, and all kinds of moments. My God-fearing complex comes much from being a preacher’s son - because of this, my spiritual journey has been a lifelong journey and one that I am very proud of. Through it all, what holds me together is my passion; I’m passionate about what I do. Whether it’s working with children, taking picture/video on weddings, working on personal projects, loving on my beautiful girlfriend, studying for my graduate psychology program, or giving God the glory and praise –  I do it with passion.

Do everything in this life with passion.

Maddy,

Creative Director

I knew I wanted to be involved with the videography community ever since I started making music videos to “Call Me Maybe” in middle school, which my family proudly continues to embarrass me about. More recent (and professional) projects include promotional packages for the U.P. of Michigan and my hometown college, Michigan Technological University. I'm currently studying marketing and graphic design at the University of Minnesota Duluth. In my free time I enjoy windsurfing the shores of Lake Superior in the summer, running with my dog, and skiing the slopes of the midwest in the winter!

Just Wait. It'll Be Amazing!

Erik,

Creative Director

My interest in videography/editing grew through my career at Michigan State University. I accepted an apprenticeship position at a public relations firm and collaborated to launch a new division of the company: C&R News. For a year and a half, I surveyed the Midwest with the C&R News crew to cover stories ranging from alternative energy to the opioid epidemic. Currently, I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Some of my hobbies are playing guitar, writing/recording music, photography/videography, skateboarding, and drinking a good beer.

Make It Epic.

Jordan,

Lead Cinematographer

I found passion in cinematography when one day I decided to film my cousin’s modified car and everything cascaded from there. I began capturing automotive events and hanging out of a friend’s window while driving just to get the best shot. I’ve been so fortunate to turn a hobby that I’m passionate about, into a career I’m thoroughly excited about waking up every single day for. I love to be in the moment, seizing every opportunity to make an everlasting memory. I love capturing weddings because no wedding is the same. Each day provides new opportunities and new creative challenges that force my creative instinct to take over and feel the overwhelming passion in every single moment that I capture.

Do anything to live in the moment.

Josh,

Lead Cinematographer

"I am someone who never does anything halfway. From being outside, camping and biking, to working on film projects, I love to record peoples stories. There is such an honor and privilege in being able to get to know someone, learn about them, and represent them accurately on screen. I love to get to do that. And there is just something so great about a wedding day; from the laughter to the moment you are married. My own wedding day was something I want to remember forever, and I'm so glad to be able to capture others as well!"

Great Day To Have A Day.
